Drivepoint is an advertising operations platform designed to help sales teams create client agreements, manage campaigns, and process payments through a streamlined, step-by-step workflow.
The Problem
Sales reps needed a faster, more intuitive way to create advertising agreements. The existing process was fragmented across tools, required manual input, and made it difficult to clearly present pricing and finalize deals efficiently.
The Solution
I designed a guided, step-by-step workflow that allows users to move from client setup to finalized agreement and payment in a single, cohesive experience. The interface prioritizes clarity, speed, and flexibility for real-world sales scenarios.
Dashboard Overview
Beyond the guided workflow, the platform includes a dashboard designed to give users immediate visibility into their clients, campaigns, and performance metrics. This view allows sales teams to quickly assess activity, monitor revenue, and take action without disrupting their workflow.
