Health Strong Training

Health Strong Training offers personal training with the ultimate goal to provide clients with the knowledge and confidence to lift weights, fuel their body with balanced nutrition, and to feel their best. Ella Black, the owner, has a love for the outdoors, and many of the workouts take place outside, thus the idea was formed to combine the sun with a kettlebell to convey this idea. We wanted the brand to feel neutral in style and color as Health Strong aims to attract both female and male clientele. Fitness is a major passion of mine so I was thrilled to create the logo and brand identity for Health Strong Training.
