N2 Learners is a subsidiary brand of The N2 Company. I was thrilled to bring my ideas and creativity to this initiative. N2Co spends a lot of time and investment in their people by providing opportunities for growth. In fact — having a “growth mindset” is a core value for N2. I worked with a team at N2 to brand these opportunities as N2 Learners, so that lunch and learns, online courses, email campaigns, in-house classes, and more, would all have a cohesive look and feel. Additionally, this brand was created to add value to these opportunities by creating a badge program where team members can earn branded collateral after completing courses.
